Ovarian Rejuvenation - Level I

Level I of Ovarian Rejuvenation, PRP based, is called Bio IVF.

 

Bio IVF Basic includes highly concentrated autologous activated growth factors (hcPRP).

Bio IVF Medium combines hcPRP with a biological autologous fibrin matrix called Bioregenerative Fibrin (BRF).

Bio IVF Advanced adds metabolic optimization through Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) along with hcPRP and BRF.

This therapy is usually done during ovarian stimulation, with intra-ovarian applications performed in the early days of the menstrual cycle.

INTRAUTERINE/INTRAOVARIAN hcPRP

The latest generation of autologous activated highly concentrated growth factors (hcPRP) applied to the ovaries and endometrium. Performed as a one-day procedure, on cycle days 2–4.

  • Blood sample collection for growth factor extraction

  • Optimization with platelet and growth factor concentration

  • Preparation of the autologous activator – thrombin

  • Ultrasound-guided intraovarian injections of highly concentrated growth factors (hcPRP); FSH or FSH/LH, GH, and hCG

Bio IVF Advanced

Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) combined with the latest generation of autologous activated highly concentrated growth factors (hcPRP) and bioregenerative fibrin matrix (BRF) applied to the ovaries and endometrium.
Procedure details: One-day procedure, performed on cycle days 2–4.

  • TPE Procedure:

    • Vascular access

    • Extracorporeal blood circulation

    • Plasma removal

    • Replacement fluid with necessary adjuvants

    • Centrifugation and reinfusion

  • Blood sample collection for growth factor extraction

  • Optimization with platelet and growth factor concentration

  • Isolation of bioregenerative fibrin

  • Preparation of the autologous activator – thrombin
